Thermal insulation wool
Thermal insulation wool (or simply “insulated wool”) is a material used as insulation and filtering material for temperatures up to 1260 °C.
Regarding the roll dimensions (thickness x width x length):
- 13 x 610 x 14400 mm
- 20 x 610 x 9000 mm
- 30 x 610 x 7200 mm
- 30 x 610 x 7320 mm
- 50 x 610 x 3660 mm
Applications:
Very suitable for furnaces working with interruptions, but can also be used successfully in other types of furnaces: external furnace insulation, sealing of furnace connections, filtration at high temperatures. Also suitable for insulation of furnace cars, as a covering material for thermal processing of metals, production of protective plates and screens, high-temperature reactor insulation (including nuclear power plants), as an asbestos substitute (this material has no carcinogenic effect).
