Rubber membrane
Membrane rubber is a rubber made of vulcanised material on both sides. It has a wide working temperature range, is resistant to ageing, oil products, atmospheric influences and is non-toxic (suitable for contact with foodstuffs).
Dimensions for rubber discs:
- Thickness: 0.9 mm
- Width: 800 mm
This rubber is used in the production of membranes and gaskets that can be used in various appliances, machinery and in the fuel pump industry. Natural rubber membranes have been specially developed for use in the wood processing industry. It is particularly suitable for bonding hot PVC sheets to wood fibre boards. Due to their extraordinary heat resistance, the membranes have a very long service life. They can also be used for vacuum forming of foils and veneers up to 130°C.
