Scope of works — from assessment to handover
- Detailed inspection for heat and fire damage across the entire frame
- Safe dismantling and removal of damaged polycarbonate from roof, walls and roof vents
- Excavation around foundations to enable safe gable-area dismantling
- Supply and installation of new 16 mm multiwall polycarbonate panels, flashings and fasteners
- Installation of a large gate and a glazed service door per client requirements
- Commissioning, testing and pre-handover adjustments
Engineering & structural reinforcement
- Reinforced main vertical load-bearing columns using customer-provided materials where appropriate
- Rebuilt damaged wall sections with 60×60 aluminium profiles and strengthened beam‑to‑wall connections
- Reused undamaged vertical profiles to reduce waste and shorten delivery time
- Focused repairs to restore load paths and connection integrity rather than full replacement, balancing cost and longevity
Ventilation modernization & envelope replacement
- Removed and inspected roof ventilation mechanisms, lubricated moving parts and tested motor operation
- Delivered and commissioned a new control box for reliable ventilation management and safety response
- Replaced degraded polycarbonate with 16 mm multiwall sheeting to improve thermal performance and durability

- Precision measurement and adaptation of metal flashings and profile interfaces for weather‑tight seals
